MINDINOW (MIDNIGHT) EXPRESS


This dish is a midnight play.   It comes from Bicol.  However..  In all of the night...   Theres several chopped steamed tofu...  Pan fried crispy chopped okoy and tendered pork rinds as an addition.  This Midnight Mindinow.   Is it L.OV.E.??   People...   In every person..   They are only a result of the amount of time..   What do you like?  I say..  You like it...

CONNELLS FRIED BARTO


This fried chicken..  Its a recipe thats kept in a vault somewhere in the USA.  This Connells Barto.  It's something between the Chef and the gas station..   Soon enough Connell is going to make it right..  Don't make him mad at you..   Just say...   Connell...  It's just that good!  This dish..  Is further refered to as Connells Barsilog.

CHICKEN SOUSE

This chicken is battered in bread crumbs after being gutted.  It is cooked till golden.  It is served with a side of vegetables, usually, kale, mushrooms and bean sprouts.  The chicken is sauced with Souse Sauce over a base of steamed tofu..  A delight when its available.

HUNTER GATHERER RICE


This rice..   Is served room temperature at 25 degrees.   Its mixed with oil, cheddar cheese, kale, corn aswell as seasonings.   It is then garnished with a fried poached egg..  What is this?   It's just that good.   

BAE CHALLETE FRIED CHICKEN


This fried chicken...   It's well seasoned.  It is specifically seasoned with tangy ingridients of which include salt, pepper and chilli powder.   Its mixed in a batter of oil, egg and flower.  When you have this..   You'll be like whats the challet without the cheese?  Those days..

POACHEGG SANDWHICH


This is a sandwhich with delectible artisan staple bread that the Sandwhich Artist turned into Cheesy Sashay Bread.  The breads texture is sure to be interesting.  This sandwhich is served with steamed balogna, poached egg, processed cheese and mayonaise.  It is garnished with kale.

CHICKEN PLUS ULTRA TINOLA


This soup is served with a grilled chicken that has been sauced with soya sauce, oil and black pepper.  Sauteed garlic, onions and ginger ensure that the flavour mixes with the chicken stock and the fish sauce.  The dish is garnished with a steamed tofu.
