SHRIMP WONTON IN CHILLI SAUCE
This dish is really spicy. It includes prawns lathered in a generous amount of chilli sauce. It is then topped with sesamee seeds and green onion.

CALLOS
This dish consist of tripe, tendon and cubed sliced beef sauteed in a light tomatoe sauce. It includes a hint of smoked flavour because the bacon and chorizo is added to infuse the dishes flavour. Garbonzo beans make this an earthy dish.
