MANDOCANFIL LECHON SWEET AND SOUR PORK

This dish consist of a domesticated recipe.  The pork are boiled, baked and deep fried.  A sauce of ketchup is created to make it a sweet and sour flavour.  You'll ask yourself..  Why it took so long for someone to come up with this..

Hi we, foodie goody are happy to announce that we are working on several pork dishes that go well with the staple of rice.  Both dishes are of Cantonese and Mandorine origins.  We are working to make such dishes a part of Filipino staples.  We are going to continue to research.  Updates in the next few days.. 

BIRDS NEST FISH BASKET

This dish consist of a potatoe birds nest that is filled with deep fried halibut fish and a medley of vegetables including snow peas, carrot, water chestnut, cellary and brocolli.  It is the sauced with a savoury slur.
