The Tip #4:. EMPANADA v. SAMOSA

I have tasted both empenadas and samosas.  There is alot of bias against Indian cuisine.  I have met people whom have a specific distaste for this type of chefing.  This does not make them a bad chef but certainly it makes them a cheft with a lack of potential.  This is so because he or she is unable to cater to a wider demographic.  In my expirience, as I have tasted both, I feel that these cultures are interconnected.  These foods are so similar that the only thing that distinguises them is the shape.  In the case of the empanada and the samosa, I believe people need to educate themselves and see that these cultures may not be that far off from one another.  So, if your from one of these cultures hoping to discriminate the other, you need to do your research and get educated.
