ADOBONG PUSIT
This is a dish consisting of braised pork. It is mixed into a soy sauce and vinigar base. Squid are then added until cooked. This dish will excite your taste buds.

GYOZA
This is a dumpling consisting of pork and vegetables. The dumpling is first steamed and then fried on one side. Its a mixture of textures both crispy and soft when consumed.

OPO
This dish consist of fresh sauteed vegetables. Tomatoe is created into a puree, pork and shrimp are then added. The native opo (squash) vegetable gives this dish an invigoratingly light flavour.
