The Tip #8 Buldak Ramen Noodles

I noticed alot of people trying this.  So.  I decided to give it a go.  And boy was it good.

CREAM PUFFS

This sweet confectionary is comprized of a baked pastery which is then stuffed with a sweet cream.  Its lightness will definately remove any flavour of the maincourse.

STEAMED RED SNAPPER IN SESAME

This meaty fish is steamed so delicately.  It is sauced with sesamee.  Cilantro, green onion and ginger are brought together to make a distinct taste.

BUKO PIE

This dessert contains young coconut.  It is made into a sweet paste that is then lined with a flaky pastery.  

FISH MAW SOUP

This soup is savory in flavour.  Ginger is boiled with the fish maw which are then mixed in a soup with quail eggs and shrimp.  The peas add a wholesome compeltion to this soup.  This dish is garnished with deep fried cod.

BUKO PANDAN

This is a very sweet desert that consist of coconut shreds.  The agar agar gives it a gummy texture.  These are all then mixed in a cream.

OYSTER MOTAYAKI

This dish consist of a thin layer of savory sauce above a freshly baked oyster.  The taste will water your mouth as it is rich with flavour.

EGG SALAD SANDWICH

This dish is really a simple snack. Egg spread is placed ontop of a garlic toast.  It is then garnished with romain lettuce for a satisfying crunch.
