LUMPIA SARIWA

This appetiser is what is known as a wet springroll.  It consist of fresh lettuce, grilled- snow peas, chick peas, carotts, banana blossum and shrimp.  It is wrapped in a crepe and smothered in a sweet sauce topped with garlic and peanut.  

SAMUNUDO

This appetizer contains a ground beef filling.  There are peas, potatoes and various spices that are packed in.  It is wrapped with phylopastry which gives it a good crunch.  A bite is sure gonna have you craving.

SHRIMP RICE ROLL

This is an aperizer that consist of rice roll.  Within the rice roll are shrimp.  This appetizer is steamed and it is served with sweet soya sauce.  

FROZEN CAESAR SALAD

This dish is a mixture of contemporary and orthodox culinary.  It's a simple salad frozen.  It is garnished with anchovies, cretons and shrimp.  I hope you remember where this dish came from.  It is best served with a hot side dish.

M*A*S*H MUIR

This dish consist of mashed potatoes.  It is then baked till it has a crispy layer.  Gravy and  cheddar cheese  top the dish.  I'm sure your in for something other than Poutine.

TOKWA AT BABOY (TOFU & PORK)

This dish consist of pan fried pork.  It is brought together with deep fried tofu and mixed with onions, garlic, peppers, vinigar and soya sauce.  This is an appetizer to many entrees.
