SALMON CEVICHE

This appetizer consist of slices of raw salmon.  It is mixed with jalapeno peppers, red onion and cilantro in lime juice.  This is sure going to give you a kick.

This appetizer consist of cooked shrimp.  It is mixed with a salad of tomatoes, red onions, avocados, and cilantro.  It's zesty lime flavour is sure going to intrigue you.

PLAIN OMURICE

This dish consist of plain jasmine steamed rice.  It are then topped with a pan fried ommulet.  The ommulet is partially cooked and it leakes partially clotted egg in its liquid form.  This dish is available with demiglaze.

CHICKEN FETUCCINI

This dish consist of fetuccini noodles smothered in a wholesome sauce.  It is topped with pan fried mushrooms and fried fillet chicken.
