This sweet treat consist of sweet icing toped with walnuts on a moist cake composed of carrots.  Its a taste that makes one think, "whats up doc?"

This appetizer consist of pan fried ground beef flavoured with seasoning.  Tortilla chips form the base of the appetizer and are topped with cheese, olives and spicy peppers.

Taste the ocean with these steamed crab.  The adventure consist of removing the meat and dipping it in a garlic lemon sauce.  A classic.



SHRIMP AND CASHEW IN SAMBAL

This dish consist of panfried snow peas and baby corn.  It is mixed with quail eggs, shrimp and cashews before being doused with sambal sauce.

CINNABUN

This tasty treat is baked to perfection.  It is then topped with sweetened cream cheese and walnuts.  Its taste is someting that you will always remember.

SMOKED SALMON CREAM CHEESE ON BREAD

This is a very light appetizer.  It is compised of native smoked salmon cream cheese lathered on a toasty bun.  Its savory flavour is distictly Canadian.

PINOYS CHICKEN SANDWICH NOW CALLED PIPAN CHICKEN SANDWICH

We have decided to rename our very own, "Pinoys Chicken Sandwich," to "Pipan's Chicken Sandwich," resulting from the fact that our technique for creating such sandwich origins from the Japanese sushi chef.  We are happy to have the "Pipan's Chicken Sandwich" as part of our menu.

This appetizer consist of a roasted egg plant mixed with egg.  It is rhen pan friend and served with a savory sauce.

With all this raving about chicken sandwiches, we decided to give it a go and what we came up with is a taste you will remember.  This sandwich consist of a specicial savory sauce, it is topped with a crispy fillet of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.  This sandwich is then brought together by a ciabatta bread enclosure.

MENUDO

This is a savory Filipino dish.  It consist of sliced pork mixed with potatoes, red bellpepper and peas.  You will enjoy its satisfying flavour as you notice its distinct taste.
