DELUXE NACHOS

This appetizer consist of pan fried ground beef flavoured with seasoning.  Tortilla chips form the base of the appetizer and are topped with cheese, olives and spicy peppers.  



STEAMED CRAB

Taste the ocean with these steamed crab.  The adventure consist of removing the meat and dipping it in a garlic lemon sauce.  A classic.



SHRIMP AND CASHEW IN SAMBAL

This dish consist of panfried snow peas and baby corn.  It is mixed with quail eggs, shrimp and cashews before being doused with sambal sauce.

We have decided to rename our very own, "Pinoys Chicken Sandwich," to "Pipan's Chicken Sandwich," resulting from the fact that our technique for creating such sandwich origins from the Japanese sushi chef.  We are happy to have the "Pipan's Chicken Sandwich" as part of our menu.
