BEEF CURRY

This dish consist of yellow curry.  Beef is tenderized along with tendons.  A yellow curry paste gives it flavour.  It is then garnished with a potatoe.

KILAWIN PORK SALAD

This salad consist of fresh farm picked vegetables of which include, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions and green chillies.  It has a dressing that is savoury and sweet.  Its sure to be a light alternative to other options.

We are happy to announce that we foodiygoody are working on various salad offerings.  These offerings provide a new way to enjoy salad.  The salads we are working on are the following:

POPCREAMCORN

This dessert consist of vanilla ice cream mixed with regular butter coated popcorn and corn giving it a savoury sweet flavour and a varying texture.  It is then garnished with caramel and chocolate coated popcorn.  I'm sure this new flavour is going to excite you.

PAKSIW: BRAISED PORK

This dish consist of braised pork belly.  The sauce is sweet and savory and it is garnished with bean sprouts and pear.  We are sure that this is an interesting alternative to your meal of choice.

FESTIVE LOGUE

This is an appetizer that goes well with red wine.  It consist of a toasted sour dough bread topped with a spread made of cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke, sundried tomatoes and bell pepper.  I'm sure when your having those cravings, this is your go to.

SALTED EGG SALAD SANDWICH

This appetizer consist of a spread made of salted duck egg, myo, pepper and onions.  A piece of lettuce gives it a refreshing flavour.  It is a fusion flavour that serves to interest your desire for something new.  We are certain that this appetizer is "new."

FROVIANDE AU PAIN

This appetizer consist of a slice of artizan bread.  It is topped with mayo, tomatoe sauce, grilled peperonie, grilled bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and olives.  I'm sure your going to choose the home make rather than the commercial delux.  

POTATOE CHIPS

These kettle chips are like no other.  People always purchase chips in the store.  But, have you tasted fresh kettle cooked chips with unique flavours?  This is the chip for you.  Ps dont get mad when your friend's card gets declined when your craving.  I hear the Irish have good potatoes.

TURKEY

This turkey is slowely roasted.  It has a savoury flavour and its served with gravy.  The eay that it is cooked makes every bite moist.  It is a good dish to have before having some rest.
