KROEPOEK CHIPS

This appetizer is quick and easy.  These are always made fresh.  It consist of prawn wafers that have been deep fried.  When done, it results in a fluffy crunch chip.  These chips can be served with spicy vinegar.  

RED CURRY BEEF

This dish consist of various spices making a tangy beefy earthy flavour.  The beef are seared and mixed in a sauce based on red curry paste.  This is a nice alternative to regular dishes that you have on the daily.

ANNOUNCEMENT: BAOZI BURGER & DOSA BURGER

We are happy to announce that we are adding a slew of new menue items into our repitoir.  We are currently developing two types of burgers.  The first burger is called the Boazi Burger and the next item is called the Dosa Burger.  We are excited to provide these items and we sure do hope that you are eagerly awaiting their release.

BANGUS

This dish consist of pan fried milk fish that has been marinated.  It is served on a bed of egg plant omelette.  It is sure to intrigue your appetite.  Explore the unchartered with this appetizer.  Do you dare?  You are going to hit it.

PINEAPPLE ICECREAM

This sweet treat mixes ice cream with fresh Dole plantation pineapple.  It's then garnished with crushed pineapple on the top and preserved cherries.  It's sweet flavour is sure to be an ice breaker.

STUFFED CRUST PIZZA

This pizza has a secret.  It's crispy crust is made of puff pastry filled with mozzarella cheese.  When you bite it, the gooey filling is satisfyingly refreshing.  

BEEF & BROCCOLI

This is an easy dish.  It consist of sliced beef mixed with broccoli, and quail eggs.  It's savoury flavour goes well with fried rice.  This is a hearty meal that you won't want to miss.

PICADILLO

This dish consist of chopped beef sliced into a stew consisting of potatoes, garlic, onions and tomatoes.  The umami flavour is what is going to pull you in.  This Mexican dish can be served with rice.

BBQ RIBS

These ribs are charbroiled a good length of time before becoming moist and plump on the inside.  It is smothered in a sweet, spicy and savoury sauce.  It's herbs are sure to make you water.

SITDOWN BURGER

This is a burger that you eat with a knife and fork.  A tenderized AAA beef sirloin steak is pan fried in butter till medium rare.  It is then placed on a bun with mayo, mustard, cheese, tomatoe, onion and lettuce.  We are certain this is like no other.

BBQ DUCK CONGEE & DOUGNUT

This is a savoury rice pourige.  It is served with a doughnut.  The savoury and fatty flavour of the BBQ duck is sure to compell you.
