I think it is an excellent time for food services providers to distinguish themselves from home made foods through the crisis of COVID 19. With this, restaurants can sell their products with integrity, in that they produce their food that meets standards for sanitation. Through this crisis, we can increase the price of foods once this all blows over.

What is the deal with ketchup. I don't understand why people have the desire to spoil their food with this stuff. Using Ketchup masks the flavor of the actual food one consumes. I absolutely detest this stuff and avoid it at all costs. I don't even use this stuff on my fries. Many people use this stuff to add an extra flavor to their meal but really 'this stuff you wont find in my kitchen.
