BAKED MACARONI

This dish consist of slices of pepperoni and mushroom.  It is mixed in with sauteed ground beef.  Bechamel sauce is layered inbetween the macaroni and cheese which gives it a textuee that can be appreciated.


PORK RIBS PEANUT BUTTER STEW

This dish consist of pan fryed and tenderized pork ribs sauteed in a tomatoe paste.  Peanut butter is then added which gives it its distict hearty flavour.

HOUSE SPECIAL CHOW MEIN

This dish originates from Hong Kong. It comprises of crispy pan fried noodles and a plethora of seafood of which include shrimp, squid and scallop. Nutritious vegtables such as bokchoy, brocolli, mushrooms and carotts create a wholesome touch to this dish. A warm sauce smothers the bbq pork and chicken.

SALISBURY STEAK

A dish originating from the USA. This meal consist of ground beef burgers, well seasoned. These are then smothered in a thick brown sauce with earthy mushrooms. The creamy taste of the sauce is so wholesome with the mashed potatoes.
