This dessert.  Another way to think...  It consist of an ice cold mango that has been chopped and sliced.  It is then layered below sticky rice thats mixed with coconut milk.  Wtf.  The secret.  The mango ice cold and the rice warm.

This appetizer consist of a slice of artizan bread.  It is topped with mayo, tomatoe sauce, grilled peperonie, grilled bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and olives.  I'm sure your going to choose the home make rather than the commercial delux.

PISTACIO ICE CREAM HALO HALO


This desert consist of pistacio ice cream that has been slow churned and mixed with almonds and pistacios.  It results in a smooth ice cream thats light on the palet.  The ice cream is then topped with leche flan, shreded coconut, and walnuts.  Its further garnished with nutella.  These are all placed above shaved milk at the base of the cup.  Evaporated milk is added to balance the flavour.

This dish consist of lechon that has been specially prepared to crispy.  Whence golden, it are mixed into a pepper salted base giving it a hot and savoury flavour.
