TAPSCHIUTTO


"Tapscuitto."  The etymiology of the said word is the preceding, "tap" as in "tappa," meaning a Spanish apetizer consisting of single servings of digital sensations of a mixture of proteins and bread.  And; "scuitto" as in "prosuitto" a preserved meat on a non parishable pastry.  This Tapsuitto consist of a cataloni filled with cottage cheese and garnished with a long bean placed on a classic cracker.  Tomatoe sauce is then poured over before serving.
