This meal consists of chicken strips that have been deep fried and set aside until udon noodles are eldente.  It is then mixed in a teryaki sauce of soyasauce, mirin, sugar and a floury starch.  The chicken strips are then chopped up and added to the mixture.  It is garnished with a mixture of bean sprouts aswell as pineapple.  Prawns add an art to the dish.
