This sandwhich consist of a spread of mayonnaise and lobster. Theres large chunks of lobsters within it along with various seasonings. It is served as a lettuce wrap within an artisan bread. The bread was selected by the Sandwhich Artist who decided to put smelt roe as a garnish resulting in Santa Mesa Bread.
