This dish consist of tarro leaves mixed in coconut leaves and dried fish.  Its flavour is a tingling sensation on the mouth...

CHOCOLATE DANISH

This danish consist of chocolate..  There are scraps of walnut in this giving it a crunch.  This chocolate danish is sure to entice your flavour taste buds.

TUNA MELT DANISH

This tuna danish composes of freshly canned tuna mixed witj sliced cheese thats wrapped in a pastry.  The cheese is sure to make you feel flavour.

POTATOE ROSTI BEEF BURGER

This sandwhich consist of a beef patty and a hashbrown patty inbetween mayonaise mustard and two slices of baguette.  Its certainly a flavour packed jam that'll get you craving more.

PORK CALDERETTA TRAINING MEAL

This kids meal contains two sides.  Froviand au pain with Filipino tomatoe sauce and peperoni aswell as traditional caldertta.  This results in a "training meal."  This meal is served to children whos parents want to train their taste palets.  

STICKY MANGO RICE

This dessert.  Another way to think...  It consist of an ice cold mango that has been chopped and sliced.  It is then layered below sticky rice thats mixed with coconut milk.  Wtf.  The secret.  The mango ice cold and the rice warm.

FROVIANDE AU PAIN

This appetizer consist of a slice of artizan bread.  It is topped with mayo, tomatoe sauce, grilled peperonie, grilled bacon, mushrooms, green peppers and olives.  I'm sure your going to choose the home make rather than the commercial delux.  

COCONUT DANISH

This pastrie consist of a mild flavour of sweetness.  The mild coconut flavour comes with coconut flesh and shreds that vary in texture providing your mouth with a good give.

PISTACIO ICE CREAM HALO HALO

This desert consist of pistacio ice cream that has been slow churned and mixed with almonds and pistacios.  It results in a smooth ice cream thats light on the palet.  The ice cream is then topped with leche flan, shreded coconut, and walnuts.  Its further garnished with nutella.  These are all placed above shaved milk at the base of the cup.  Evaporated milk is added to balance the flavour.

This desert is mildely sweet.  It consist of a filling of coconut that is simmered to a sauce.  The base consist of grahm pastery whilst the lid of puff pastery.  The filling is placed inbetween both.  The flavour.  Your going to want another.

PANZEROTTI MINOR

Its pizza.  This dish consist of fluffy pastry that wraps pizza ingridients such as mozzerella cheese, tomatoe sauce and ham.  It is shaped like a purse and deep fried.  The dish is served with savoury ranch sauce.

UBE ICECREAM HALOHALO

This desert consist of various ingridients of which include, ube jam, coconut shreds, leche flan placed as garnish on a base of ube ice cream and evaporated milk.  

BEEF RIB CHEESE POMMIENTO MOTAYAKI

This appetizer consist of a slice of beef ribs thin.  It are pan fried till medium rare.  At which point cooked, it is sent to the oven with a layer of pommiento and cheese.  This appetizer.  Good for the grub.

MANDOCANFIL LECHON PEPPER SALTED PORK

This dish consist of lechon that has been specially prepared to crispy.  Whence golden, it are mixed into a pepper salted base giving it a hot and savoury flavour.
