The Tip #7: Yang Chow Fried Rice and Beef Brisket

Wanted something wholesome so I decided to make this!  Yummy!

FISH IN SAMBAL SAUCE

This dish consist of fish drenched with sambal sauce. The savoury flavour will melt in your mouth especially when consumed with coconut rice.

HOUSE SPECIAL CHOW MEIN

This dish originates from Hong Kong. It comprises of crispy pan fried noodles and a plethora of seafood of which include shrimp, squid and scallop. Nutritious vegtables such as bokchoy, brocolli, mushrooms and carotts create a wholesome touch to this dish. A warm sauce smothers the bbq pork and chicken.

SALISBURY STEAK

A dish originating from the USA. This meal consist of ground beef burgers, well seasoned. These are then smothered in a thick brown sauce with earthy mushrooms. The creamy taste of the sauce is so wholesome with the mashed potatoes.

SHOMAI DUMPLINGS

This appetizer consist of pork carrots and celery.  The black truffle infuses a flavour which is rich and satisfying.  Each dumpling has a shrimp which can be contrasted with the flavour of the pork.

CHICKEN CURRY

This dish consist of chicken lathered in coconut milk.  It is very creamy.  The sauce is infused with a curry flavour.  Potatoes, peas and red bell peppers give it a nice touch.

MACADAMIA COOKIE

This special treat is absolutely unique. It is a macadamia nut cookie with white chocolate topped with whipping cream. It's flavour creates a sensation that is really unforgettable.

TAHONG

This refreshing dish is comprised of broth that is simmered in ginger and onion. Clams are then submerged into it giving it a seafood flavour.

MOONGO

This Filipino dish consist of stayed moong beans.  Diced pork gives this a wholesome flavour.  The bitter melon leaves makes for a unique taste.
