This appetizer consist of a roasted egg plant mixed with egg.  It is rhen pan friend and served with a savory sauce.

PINOYS CHICKEN SANDWICH

With all this raving about chicken sandwiches, we decided to give it a go and what we came up with is a taste you will remember.  This sandwich consist of a specicial savory sauce, it is topped with a crispy fillet of chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.  This sandwich is then brought together by a ciabatta bread enclosure.

MENUDO

This is a savory Filipino dish.  It consist of sliced pork mixed with potatoes, red bellpepper and peas.  You will enjoy its satisfying flavour as you notice its distinct taste.

ROTOLO

This dish is rich in various cheese, ricotta and mozzerella specifically.  These are then used and wrapped in pasta along with spinach.  The base cosist ragu sauce.

BROKEN GLASS PARFAIT

This treat consist of solidified whipping cream.  Its contents contain various flavoured gelatin and slices of peach.  It is then supported by a grahm crumble at its base.

AVOCADO DELIGHT

This light dessert is subtly sweet.  Avocados are sliced and sweeted with sugar.  Evaporated milk is then added to make a delightful treat.

DEEP FRIED PORK (BACON SIDE)

This dish consist of bacon sliced pork.  It is well seasoned with spices which gives it its distinct flavour.  You will enjoy the slices of pork as it is not overwhelming.

POLVORON

This item consist of powdered milk pounded with sugar and cashews.  This is usually served as a treat or snack.

FISH AND TOFU TAUSI (BLACK BEAN)

This dish consist of sauteed garlic, onion and tomatoes.  Black beans are then added to give it a savory taste.  The fried milk fish belly and tofu add an interesting texture to the mix.
