NILAGA BEEF SOUP

This hearty beef soup is full of flavour.  Beef are simmered and emersed in beef stock until tender.  Potatoes and cabbage are then added to complete this dish.

This dish is composed of jack fruit, an exotic vegetable from Asia.  It is simmered in coconut milk and shrimp past which gives this dish it's savory flavour.  Chopped pork are then mixed in giving it it's wholesome taste.

This dish consist of various vegetables native to the Philippines. These are then smothered in coconut milk which gives it a unique flavour. The chopped pork and shrimp paste add a savory flavor which invigorates the dish.

This is sandwich consist of cheese and mayonnaise.  The bell peppers add fresh flavour to this zesty treat.

BRAISED PORK/ ADOBO

This is a classic Filipino dish consisting of chopped pork side. It is then smothered with a savory sauce which contains soy, garlic and bay leaves.
