GINATAANG LANKA/ SAUTEED JACKFRUIT

This dish is composed of jack fruit, an exotic vegetable from Asia.  It is simmered in coconut milk and shrimp past which gives this dish it's savory flavour.  Chopped pork are then mixed in giving it it's wholesome taste.
