ROTOLO

This dish is rich in various cheese, ricotta and mozzerella specifically.  These are then used and wrapped in pasta along with spinach.  The base cosist ragu sauce.

BROKEN GLASS PARFAIT

This treat consist of solidified whipping cream.  Its contents contain various flavoured gelatin and slices of peach.  It is then supported by a grahm crumble at its base.

AVOCADO DELIGHT

This light dessert is subtly sweet.  Avocados are sliced and sweeted with sugar.  Evaporated milk is then added to make a delightful treat.

This dish consist of sauteed garlic, onion and tomatoes.  Black beans are then added to give it a savory taste.  The fried milk fish belly and tofu add an interesting texture to the mix.

This dish is painstakingly roasted in the oven for several hours so that it results in tenderization.  The lamb is lathered with wine and various spices which give it its interesteing savoury flavour.  

BEEF & CHICKEN SOUVLAKI

This appetizer includes beef and chicken that has been marinated with greek seasoning.  Its then grilled which gives it its unique char flavour.  It can be served with rice and yogurt.

This dish is composed of a creamy savory sauce which is then mixed in various herbs giving it a distinct flavour.  The smoked salmon not only contributes to the taste but adds a texture which is very satisfying.
