CHICKEN INASAL


This dish consist of marinated chicken.  The herbs of which lemon grass is included give it its distinct flavour.  The chicken is baked slowely which guves it a crunch.

BURONG SHRIMP

This appitizer consist of fermented shrimp.  It is sauteed in garlic, onions and tomatoes.  The final dish is savory and tasty.  It is a nice addition to rice or eggs.

This appitizer is savory.  Salmon belly is marinated and then baked.  It can be enjoyed with rice or bread.  It is full of Omega 3.

RAMEN EGG

This egg is boiled to perfection.  It is available partially or fully cooked.  If boiled partially, its moist interior will surely melt your mouth.

PEPPER SALTED PORK

This dish consist of deep fried pork.  It is then topped with seasoning, garlic and peppers.  Be careful, your toungue may get burned.

PROMOTION: MACKEREL SAUTEE

To promote the book, "The Taste of Death," foodiygoody in cooperation with New Register Publications, both SBU's of Erations Conglomerate, have decided to make a special dish which concerns the subject matter of the book.  This dish, "Mackerel in Tomatoe Sauce," is a simple yet delicious entre.  It contains mackerel, onions, garlic, and tomatoe sauce amoungst others.  The reason we made this dish is that it represents the fundemental proponents of natural selection of which is discussed in the aforementioned book.  The book is to be published within the next few days.  We do hope that it piques your interest.

WILD ATLANTIC SALMON

Sockeye salmon is pan fried after being marinated in salt, pepper and lemon.  It is then served with a sauce consisting of butter and lemon sauce topped with dill and capers.
