KYSIRAP FRIED RICE

This fried rice consist of roasted pork, cherries, pineapple and agar.  The flavour of this rice goes for dishes that are partly sweet   Your going to loooove giveing back to the right thing.

YONGCHOW FRIED RICE

This rice dish consists of pan fried squid, roast pork, baby corn, green onions and cabbage on rice.  There are several seasonings that make this dish interesting.  This dish is always served on a bed of banana leaves.

MANREYLINI

This dish consist of linguini pasta that is mixed with a tomatoe sauce that has been sauteed in crushed smoked oyster and crab paste.  It is then topped with oyster mushrooms, baby corn, parsley, squid and vienna sausages.  When you taste this new pasta, you'll be thinking, is this Spaghetti again?  Yes..  It is..

BOURBON CANDY JERK BEEF

  


This beef has a southern flavour.  Its essentially whats refered to as a BBQ jerk beef.  It is then, turned into a Bourbon Candy.  If the crunch doesn't get you the tase would.

GRILLED STEAK BASAHAN

 


This is an appetizer that consist of a rice wrap with an interior of grilled steak, prawns, parsley, peppers, cabbage and mayonaise.  It are served with wasabi and soya sauce for flavour.  This roll is sure to make you want it.

CHOW PAL

 

This dish consist of thick rice noodles sauteed in garlic and soya sauce.  Pan fried tappa is added as a topping.  To combat the cooked taste of all of the ingridients semi raw cabbage and chopped prawns are added.  This Chow Pal is sure to get you good.

PINAJAZZ SALAD

 


This salad is served chilled.  It's dressed with Pina Jazz dressing comprized of pineapple juice.  Its served with cabbage, seaweed, gelatin, raw shrimp and a slice of pan fried spam.  This is a salad you'll have often.

BEEF WELLINGTON

 


This dish consist of a phylopastry exterior.  Within it is a filling of a rare steak, pan fried with butter and herbs, a layer of porchuto, and cheese.  It is served with a seasoned sauce.

COFFEE DASH- THE WORKS: ENGLISH TOFFEE

  


English Toffee...  It is a flavour of Coffee Dash a specialty, The Works.  This version of Coffee Dash includes confectionary english nut toffee.  Sometimes, you'll have a crunch but all the time its a blast.

NEW PRODUCT: MANREYLINI (OYSTER LINGUINI)

 


We at foodie goody are happy to announce that we are working on a new pasta tentatively refered to as "Manreylini."  "Manreylini" is a Spanish pasta based on the rice dish Paaelia.  It comprizes thus far of; smoked oyster, squid, crab paste, vienna sausage, garlic, onion, parsley, basil, baby corn, celary juice, water chestnut, oyster mushroom, mushroom powder, salt, pepper, tomatoe sauce, mayonaise, butter, pinot grigio and linguini.  This is going to be very interesting.  Soon enough we are going to have this dish ready.


SMOKED OYSTER AND BLACKBEAN BEEF


This dish consist of deep fried seasoned battered beef.  A sautee sauce of blackbean, smoked oysters, tomatoes, garlic and onions is smothered on the meat.  The flavour.  It's lightly sweet however, that is the newest flavour that was scientifically revealed a decade ago.  With that flavour a savoury full taste persists.  You'll be taken a back as your taste buds give in.

COFFEE DASH- THE WORKS




Coffee Dash.  This drink is served fresh brewed.  The bean comes from ethically sourced arabica beans.  The bean itself has a sharp flavour.  Kratom is added to enhance the expirience.  It is garnished with whipping cream and an easy macron chocolate nut in flavour with a preserved cherry.  Your going to have a jolt from this..

For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.

HOHA ROLL



The "Hoha" Roll is a roll served in wonton wrapper.  The etimology of "Hoha," comes from two words, "Shomai," the "Ho" and "Hagao," the "Ha."  The Hoha Roll consist of chopped prawns, scallions, garlic, and sesame oil.  It is served with a citrus soysauce.  This appetizer surely has it right.




MAPLE MACAPUNO RIBS

 


These ribs are deep fried in a batter.  It is then smothered with garlic, maple syrup and macapuno coconut strips.  The crunch and the tenderness of all the flavours and ingridients are sure make the flavour last.

PINACOLISA CANDY HO




This Candy Ho is very sweet.  It has crushed pineapple blended with pineapple juice and ice.  It is then garnished with hard candy drizzle and a slice of fresh agar.  This drink is perfect for those days you want to sit and have a chat.

STEAK DONSHI

 


Steak "Donshi."  The etymology comes from two different words.  "Udon," the term for rice noodles and "Sushi," the term for rice roll.  This Donshi consist of steamed thin udon mixed with roasted sesame.  There are slices of pepper and cabbage contained within it aswell as mayonaise.  The protein within it is a special steak chopped into slices, marinated in workshire sauce, coffee, dijon mustard, wasabi, pepper, chilli and sugar.  It was grilled medium rare.  This dish is certain to make you salivate.

LUMPIANG BASA

 


This is an appetizer that consist of cabbage, parsley, green onions, sauteed vermicelli noodles, spam and prawns wrapped in rice sheets and served with peanut sauce.  This dish is sure to increase your appetite.

MANCHURIA WONTON SOUP

 


This soup is similar to the traditional Wonton Soup, however, this version is served with pan fried noodles and blanched prawns along with green onions.  This dish is very refreshing for those chilli nights you would like to stay warm.

BAKED CORNED BEEF



This dish consist of sauteed corned beef.  There below the fluffy pastry, chilled sour cream is added, than a layer of spam over a slice of processed cheese further there is a layer of corned beef.  Next garnish is added, the parsley.  This is an appetizer that's a quick eat.  You'll want another after.

PEANUT PEPPER SALTED BEEF


This dish consist of roasted peanuts with spicy peppers and garlic.  It are mixed into slices of beef that are specifically flavoured for the palette.  You'll be sure to have this with some rice.




SWEAZY SPRING ROLLS WITH ERCADO SAUCE

 


These spring rolls consist of a filling of pork, onions, shitake mushrooms, garlic, carrots, along with several spices and flavourings.  There is a delightful ercado sauce that enhances the flavour of the spring roll when dipped.  The flavour is sure to make you feel alive.  

BLUEBERRY CANDY HO

This Candy Ho drink is flavoured with fresh blueberries.  This refreshing drink is based with milk and crushed ice.  There is a hint of vanilla.  In this drink there are several blueberry confectionary roches.  Its sure to crunch in your mouth.  This drink is then garnished with a preserved cherry.

CANDY HO

Candy Ho is a new drink.  It comes in several flavours of which surely entice the pallet.  Candy Ho is a drink the came from a place that runs.  The drink Candy Ho produces a flavour in the mouth to neutralize the taste buds wherein the consumer continues to have running taste buds for different foods..  Candy Ho is surely a drink that'll make you say, damn Iran, it gets better, the meaning of maize.  This flavour is Roasted Sesame and Corn Candy Ho.  In every Candy Ho, there are several roche candies created fresh everytime.  The Dutch Crunch is sure to make you.
