The "Hoha" Roll is a roll served in wonton wrapper. The etimology of "Hoha," comes from two words, "Shomai," the "Ho" and "Hagao," the "Ha." The Hoha Roll consist of chopped prawns, scallions, garlic, and sesame oil. It is served with a citrus soysauce. This appetizer surely has it right.
