BEEF GUAONG SPRINGROLL


This spring roll is served with a stuffing of ground pork, prawns, carrots and shitake mushrooms along with several spices and sauces for flavouring.  It is wrapped with a springroll wrapper of corn starch where raw beef wraps the exterior layer.  You'll say what, when you try this...

PORK AND OYSTER KAMYAN


"Kamyan" the etimyology of the word comes from the word "Kamayan," a word that means using hands.  Ka is a traditional word used in various contextual beliefs, and Mayan is a portrayal of the South American Mayan Era of Great Mexico.  Together, "The Hand of the Mayan," everytime you'll say the heart list.  This dish is like a Nigiri, it consist of a slice of grilled pork, seasoned rice, green onion and a smoked oyster over seaweed.  It is served with Wasabi Leong.

CENTURY SOUP


This soup consist of green tea, century smothered eggs, green onions, peppers, and scallop dumplings.  The broth's flavour is surely tranquile for those nights you need to heal.  It comes with hot pot sides, raw pork side, prawns and a spring roll.  Your going to say when you have this soup, Falungong.

GRILLED BAKED CHICKEN BACON


This dish consist of marinated baked chicken bacon.  This is baked till crispy.  The seasonings consist of soya sauce, lemon, butter and pepper amoungst others.  This is a good dish to have with an entree.

This dish consist of several motayaki bakes.  These pasteries consist of bacon, prawns, cheese, and mayonnaise.  When you bite into this delightful appetizer..  You'll say WOWEE!!

This fried rice.  Its good for grilled food, such as grilled pork, grilled beef, grilled squid etc.  This hearty dish consist of pan fried jasmine rice mixed with Chineese BBQ, green onions, fish ball, and salted egg.  The dish is savoury.   Make sure to ensure that when you select this dish that the appetizer is good for it.

BACON SASHIMI PULUTAN WITH WASABI LEONG


This sashimi dish comes with pan fried candied pulutan bacon, that has been cooked again for a candied crunch.   It is served with fresh fruits and Wasabi Leong for pulutan, good for drinks.

KNOWLT FRIED RICE


This fried rice..  Your going to think..  What is it..  Its the expression of ability..   In that you like the time that you consume this with your appetizer.  This dish consist of chineese sausage, fishballs, green onions, and crab paste.  This dish goes well with baked oxtail.  

DAYSPA LUNCHEON MEAT



This is a luncheon meat that is served pan fried till crispy.  It are then again cooked for a hard candy exterior.  Your going to ask yourself..  What ho...   It's candy..

COMMENTARY:

Some people they dont know or haven't heard of Luncheon Meat..  lol..  It's like a food that people have as a go to as a result of turmoil..  The Dayspa Luncheon Meat that I created..  Unbeleivably delectible!!!!   

I'm going to try to put this in a sandwhich..  lol...  I might use Dempsters whole wheat...  or I might go for Artisano or Compliments...  This is just super!!!!    There's further Costco...  Perhaps Olufson or Silver Hills.  There's alot of options for creating a right sandwhich..  There's really alot..  I'm going to continue to study the sandwhich ingridient...  This is literally very exciting!!! 

In English 1120..  I studied candy!!!  This is super exciting..

SOCIAL: THE INTENTION OF FOOD


What I'm going to say about the food that I make..  Is it nurtures...   That's what food is..   Hunter gatherers hunted for food.   They then portioned it.  The women prepared and cooked it..   Then it was served..  The food that I make..  Is for me and those I like and love... 

I'm going to have a baby..  That's the intention here with the food I make..  Some Scientist studied the intention of food.. Food just tastes better with the right intention.  I'm doing it right..

SQUID AND FISH WONTONS IN CHILLI


This dish is an appetizer that consist of wontons that are filled with squid and fish.   These are then seasoned with a specific blend.  It is served in a chili sauce along with fresh veggies.  You'll be sure to come back for another serving.

PEPPER SALTED PRAWNS


This dish consist of pan fried prawns that are smothered in garlic, green onions and red spicy thai peppers.  Whence the prawns are pan fried to moist, it are then salted and served.

SMOKED CHARRED PORK SIDE


This dish consist of smoked charred pork side that is put into a batter and then deep fried.  It is then served as an appetizer.

PITAFEL


This dish consist of pan fried pita smothered in egg and other seasonings.  It is served with Chineese BBQ pork, chopped tomatoes and fish ball garnish.  The sauce, Gallary Sauce, is a tatziki that is specially seasoned.

BBQ WITH LOAD SAUCE

This dish consist of grilled Chinese Barbeque.  It's taste is definately familiar however the Load Sauce makes it a feeling of question.  What do you like?  

WONTONS IN SURDELICA SAUCE


This is an appetizer.  It includes deep fried wontons..  These wontons are then smothered with a citrus savoury Surdelica Sauce.  Your going to ask yourself...  What do I want?  What you want is a battery to your taste buds..  ;)

PITA: ARABIA


This pita is organized with two sauces.   A sweet sauce based with mayo, soy sauce and sugar..  And, a savoury sauce based with taziki, soy sauce, fish sauce and seseme oil.   The dish comes with a pan fried pita that is smothered in egg.  BBQ or Roast Pork are then added.  Its up to you what you want.  The veggies..  The following:  Bell pepper, green onions, oyster mushrooms and carrots.  Next time you have this dish..  You'll be sure to bring me to your home base.  Thats what this is about..  Thats why I do it.

πίτα: PITA HOLIDAY

 


This holiday ham is prepared with a special tagalog pita that is pan fried in egg.  The ham is then inserted into the heritage pita to enhance the flavour.  There is a layer of mayo that moisens the dish.  Sometimes theres the occasional cherry or pinapple bake.  You don't know what your going to get..

This is a new baked good.   It is served with a citrus soya sauce.   This bake has a puff pastery exterior with a savour flavour, within its interior, consist of chopped prawns, garlic, onion, green onion, prawns, squid along with other flavours.   This is a new dimsum item you'll always want.

HABIBI MASHED POTATOES

 


These mashed potatoes..  These arn't like other mashed potatoes.  This specific blend is pan cooked with milk.  However, smoked salmon and smoked oyster are prepared in heat with butter before hand.  Those are put aside until the potatoes are prepared.  Chopped baby corn is then added.  To complete the dish a layer of jack cheese is added over mayonnaise and then a layer of panko before being put into an oven until "golden."  Raw seasoned chopped prawns then are garnished.  After you try this dish....  You'll be like the societies that know what "busted" means.  Yum..

SOCIAL: DIANNE WATTS- THE VOICE OF FOOD

Food- nutrition.  It's part of culture...  People make food to affect the exterior and interior culture of the state they reside.  When I make a dish, it has meaning.  People like Dianne Watts love food.  A reason people come to the city of Surrey.  The voice of food.  It helps the body rehabilitate.  When the voice of food is this angry, you're sure your going to give in.  You must like the voice of food.  You like it.



ORANGE NATIVE GATE SALAD

 

This salad consist of mandarine oranges, coconut and strawberries.  It is drizzled with a candy tanghulu.  It is served with milk and ice.  Your going to ask yourself..  Where is this?  They'll say to you...   I'm for that mall..  I wonder what it means..  It means specifically that its the flame..  


COMMENTARY:  When I was making the Orange Native Gate Salad...  What I was concerned about was the PH level of the acidic citrus oranges at about 5 - 6 against the neutral balanced milk at 7 - 9.  Whence the dish was completed...  I was rather in pleasure to enjoy it.

LAITEA PITA

 


This pita.  It consist of a whole wheat pita bread, roasted snow peas, bell pepper, and oyster mushrooms.  It includes raw refridgerated tomatoes and a pan fried chicken patty chopped into slices.  For sauces, tazatziki and mustard.  

For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.

PHYLOPRAW SPRINGROLLS

 


These springroll consist of phylopastry.  It are filled with prawns, gailan, garlic, onions, sesame oil, and other flavourings on an egg base.  This is another way to have springrolls.  

PORK HOHA ROLL WITH SURDELICA SAUCE

 


This is a pork roll with oyster mushrooms, garlic, onions, sesame oil and gailan.  It is served with a citrus savoury Surdelica Sauce that enhances the desire for additional servings.

GREAT SPANISH PAAELIA


This dish consist of various pan fried seafoods along with egg, corn, pepperoni mixed in a savoury oil based sauce on jasmine rice.  This dish.  You'll crave this dish when you need to grub on traditional steaks.

RANHI WONTON SOUP

 


This is a wonton soup that is served with saffron cultivated carefully in a place that ensures that what saffron is produced are quality.  Sliced gailan garnish the soup.  The taste of this soup.  Something interesting..  Only at this place.   Yeah.
