PORK AND OYSTER KAMYAN


"Kamyan" the etimyology of the word comes from the word "Kamayan," a word that means using hands.  Ka is a traditional word used in various contextual beliefs, and Mayan is a portrayal of the South American Mayan Era of Great Mexico.  Together, "The Hand of the Mayan," everytime you'll say the heart list.  This dish is like a Nigiri, it consist of a slice of grilled pork, seasoned rice, green onion and a smoked oyster over seaweed.  It is served with Wasabi Leong.
