SHANGLUMPIOQUITO

CURRY FISHBALL

This dish consist of deep fried chopped squid that has been marinated in wine.  Whence golden, it are then seasoned with various spices.  A drizzle of currey sauce is than applied.  It is garnished with roasted egg plant and a tomatoe.

BLOOMINTREAT BEEF DIP

Beef Dip is a western dish originating from a place in America.  It was created sometime in the 1920's during an era of times that were difficult.  Beef Dip is a dish that wholesomely provided people with nutrition.  Explorers like Officer Bloomintreat, of Bloomingdales brought these dishes to the Philippines.  These dishes became catered to the palet of that state.  This specific Beef Dip, is a sandwich that is buttered, it has roast beef as the filling.  The Sandwich Artist, created grooves on the upper most layer of bread.  Within those grooves a stuffing of butter and spices resulting in Bloomintreat Bread.  When you have this dish, you'll think, Milk to Go?
