This dish is composed of deep fried pork hoc.  The pork when cooked is gummy which gives it an interesting texture.  It is seasoned with various herbs and goes well with vinigar.

SWEET GARLIC PRAWNS

This is an exclusive dish.  Prawns are sauteed in garlic and bathed with a sweet and spicy sauce.  The taste will surely stimulate your tastebuds.

HOT POT

This dish is an Asian expirience.  There is a pot that is constantly under fire.  Raw vegtables can be boiled in the soup stock.  There is also seafood and raw thin sliced meat which add to the flavour of the broth.  It is then mixed with vermicelli noodles.  Hot pot is traditionally served to people that you like.

SARSIADO OMELLETTE

This omellette is very flavourful.  It consist of tomatoes, garlic and onions sauteed into a puree at which point egg is added to create a soft texture that is very appealing.

SHRIMP WONTON IN CHILLI SAUCE

This dish is really spicy.  It includes prawns lathered in a generous amount of chilli sauce.  It is then topped with sesamee seeds and green onion.

CALLOS

This dish consist of tripe, tendon and cubed sliced beef sauteed in a light tomatoe sauce.  It includes a hint of smoked flavour because the bacon and chorizo is added to infuse the dishes flavour.  Garbonzo beans make this an earthy dish.

DINUGUAN

If you are adventurous, you will consider trying this dish.  It is comprized of cooked pork blood sauteed with pork.  It is especially delicious with rice.  Beware it may be spicy.
