This salad consist of chopped bokchoy, and tomatoes. It is than filled with ice, pan fried sliced Chineese sausages, pork rinds and sardines. The Ivan Sauce, is a mixture of Tabasco, soya sauce, lemon, vinigar and oil. You'll say. Great after this.
