This deep fried battered squid is served always fresh. Whence deep fried, it is removed from the oil and it is served on a platter of almonds and Shaurke Sauce aswell as taro. This is then served with Tabasco. Trying new flavours is the reason for food. Try it. It might knock your socks off.
