This dish consist of crispy egg noodle that has been pan fried. It is plated in a circular birds nest. Within the nest is a filling of tenderized beef pares, shitake mushrooms, roasted sesame seeds, and walnuts. It is than rounded with Chineese water spinach. A cherry red apple is then situated as a garnish.
