ADOBO DE SLICE


This adobo is specially sauced with oil, vinigar and soya sauce.  Black pepper corns are then added along with sugar.  The pork side are specifically sliced and cooked with the sauce.  It are removed and then pan fried.  The pork are plated and the sauce is poured over to create a delectible dish.
