This confectionary.....   Its something for Valentims.  Its always served with used flowers..  Specifically tulips.  These Tim Bars are a form of Totty a confectionary from the confectionary Toffee..   The confectionary is very sweet..  Your sweet tooth..   Heed..   Its somewhat danger.
