This dish consist of chopped pork that is sauteed in oil and garlic. It is sauced with soya sauce, mirin, and peanut butter. Cheddar cheesy is added to make it a Sanchez. It is garnished with kale and shitake mushrooms aswell as pineapples. This dish is really the Bang On.
