DAMEHTAN: CLARCHEEZY RICE


The etymology of "Damehtan" is the preceding; "Damet" for clothing and "An" for the tense "ing."  Damehtan means "clothing."  When your with a "dame," you need to have the pillows on hand.  The Damehtan is a new form of serving rice.  This specific Damehtan includes flavoured pan fried rice that has been mixed with Chineese sausage, prawns and Peruvian corn cobbs.  This dish is served on a cornstarch wrapper in the form of clothing.  Always served fresh.
